The ReadyToWORK Initiative is our youth employability and enterprise development angle of our work geared towards prompting jobs creation, workplace readiness and career advancement skills as well as entrepreneurship improvement skills.

The ReadyToWORK Initiative will focus on:

• Organizing real time practical workplace readiness skills for fresh graduates
• Organize employability skills trainings for Corps members across the different orientation camps across Nigeria
• Create internship opportunities for fresh graduates to have workplace experiences before securing major employment across Nigeria and Africa
• Organizing symposiums across different tertiary institutions on life beyond campus and how to become employable after school
• Empowering young people with entrepreneurship skills on how to build small businesses capable of employing people to work in them
• Developing 21st century workplace skills and competencies
